we really enjoyed our stay at tigh na mara. our twin room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. the view of the sea was lovely, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful....  

Can just recommend for a weekend adventure

Friendly staff, excellent dining, clean rooms, and the breakfast offered was outstanding, while the added benefit of free parking provided convenience for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Zero issues.

The Standard Twin Room offered easy access to the outdoors, making it perfect for our dog. Breakfast was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dinners every night. The staff was consistently friendly and efficient, enhancing our stay significantly. Just one minor note — a slightly cramped bathroom could be improved, but the overall experience was delightful.

We had a lovely time with great food and a cozy atmosphere. definitely enjoyed lounging in the garden and soaking up some sun. The massage chairs were such a treat! The only downside was that our room felt a bit small, but it was still comfy overall. A quick tip, be sure to try the macaroni cheese – it’s a must! 😊

What an incredible stay! The meals were absolutely memorable, especially the dessert that was to die for. The shower was luxurious with excellent toiletries. I can’t wait to return!

I truly enjoyed my time here, especially the amazing meals and the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. everything was just a few steps away, including the beautiful Kirkmadrine Stones and the stunning Port Logan Lighthouse, making city strolls a delight.

The twin room was small but cozy and clean. Beds were comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The flooring was a bit cold, and the heating struggled a bit to keep up. Good enough for an overnight stay! I'd say the room had a pleasant vibe.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, free parking, a lovely bar, and fabulous meals. The staff once helped me print documents. I highly recommend visiting for great experiences. I'll be back next year!...  

What a hidden gem! The restaurant offered very nice food and friendly service. however, the room was quite basic with just a bath. The breakfast was delightful, and the sea views were stunning. A bit cold due to the non-carpeted floors, though, which made it less cozy.

The evening meal was AMAZING, especially the local seafood! 🌊 Only downside was the mattress needs replacing. a lovely stay by the beach!

Oh, mate, the food here was a real treat! The roast of the day and sweet chilli crispy chicken had me coming back for more. Plus, the friendly staff made every meal feel special. Room was cozy too!

Had a lovely meal at Tigh Na Mara last Saturday night with friends. The steak pie really hit the spot – generous portions, and super tasty. Our service was friendly, thanks to a helpful waitress who guided us through the menu. I noticed the atmosphere got a bit chaotic at times with the staff rushing around. It felt like they could use a couple more hands during busy periods. Dessert was a bit underwhelming compared to the mains.

The family room was spacious and dog-friendly, perfect for our stay. We loved the local beach and enjoyed delicious dinners at the hotel. The staff were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay....
